LBSA’s Future Leaders Program is a commitment to fostering professional growth.
Through a 12-week immersive project management experience, select members of LBSA can ideate, collaborate, and execute a cutting-edge initiative of their choosing.
Project Timeline
2 Weeks
Meet with E-board and attend project management workshops.
3 Weeks
Break into small project teams. Meet weekly and present progress to the executive board.
4 Weeks
Coffee chat LBSA community to identify points. Create your idea and pitch to your peers!
3 Weeks
Execute projects, analyze KPI’s, and present to the greater LBSA community!
